Last week I took my daughter and a friend to see Puss in Boots at E-Town. It's the perfect venue for a family friendly event such as this. I was amazed by the talent of these performers! I wasn't sure if the kids were appreciating it as much as I was until my daughter's friend said, "Wow, this is really good!".
The costumes were beautiful, and I was surprised to see what they were able to accomplish with their sets on such a small stage!
After the show, I asked the cast how performing for kids differed from performing for adults. They said they enjoyed it because they can interact a bit more with the audience. I think that's why the kids were so engaged, they knew it was ok to laugh!
During a Q&A after the show, one child asked if there was going to be a Puss in Boots II! How sweet is that?!
They have one more performance on Saturday, February 8th.

1. It's so beneficial to expose children to the Arts! Increased motivation, better grades, etc.
2. It's right HERE in Boulder!~ How awesome is that?
3. Tickets are reasonable and the kids will love it!
