This annual downtown Boulder welcomes spring, with fairies and elves "waking up" the 15,000 plus tulips that bloom throughout the Pearl Street Mall.

Bring the whole family to enjoy live music, tulips, and fairies at the Pearl Street Mall. Several events will take place throughout the afternoon, wrapping up with a performance by Jeff and Paige. This is sure to be a great time for all ages!
